I see a post from 9 years ago which references sector 26 to be used for dredging activities.  Sector 26 is currently described as uranium-radium and vanadium ore mining?  Is this truly the correct industry code to use to see the impacts of dredging a canal and if not what it the best industry code to use?  Which Implan modeling would provide the best results if given the proposed cost of the dredging project?

Thanks,

    Hello there!

When the BEA releases new benchmarks every five years, IMPLAN follows suit with releasing a new Industry Scheme. So, the Industry number 26 from 9 years ago, would not be the same in the new 546 Industry Scheme. Following that old post, if you are looking for Construction sand or gravel dredging, that would now be Industry 29 - Sand and gravel mining.
