How to endogenous local and state government in the output multiplier? The previous PC version have this customization option under user settings but I couldn't find the same settings in the cloud version. Can you shed some light on this?

Hello!
There is no way to Internalize Institutions in the IMPLAN Cloud at this time. However, what you can do is make an assumption about how these fiscal impacts are going to be spent locally, and model those separately as an Institutional Spending Pattern Event.
