New Markets Tax Credit
Hi I am trying to get my hands on the implan protocol for New Markets Tax Credits. Also, if anyone knows of any restrictions on what types of entities may or may not conduct economic impact analyses for CDEs. Thank you!

Setting up your impact will depend on where and how the funds will be spent. For a net effect, you may want to include an analysis of the decrease in gov revenues. There are no restrictions on our end regarding who may conduct economic impact analyses, but we don't know about restrictions that may be associated with receiving the tax credits.
