Sure, but of course it needs to make sense to do so. For instance, summing a Labor Income Change scenario with an Industry Spending Pattern scenario is appropriate, as they are separate pieces of the same impact (i.e., it is appropriate to sum all the parts of an analysis-by-parts). But summing a construction scenario with an operations scenario is not appropriate, as the former is a temporary impact and the latter is a recurring impact.
