Can someone give me a better understanding of my results. I know I should not add across but the added value is confusing. I know labor income comes directly for output but know is value added apply?

Also some of my taxes come out in the negative red, why?
You can find more information on how Output is calculated in IMPLAN from our support article Understanding Output. Remember that Output = Total Value Added + Intermediate Inputs, and that Total Value Added = Labor Income + Taxes on Production and Imports + Other Property Income. Negative values for taxes are certainly possible in IMPLAN results, and can happen for a few different reasons. Read more about those in our article - The Curious Case of the Negative Tax: Agriculture Subsidies, Profit Losses, and Government Assistance Programs.
Not really. Im just looking for the simple answer of what is the economic impact of $59,972 would it just be output of indirect plus induced? So 59,572 generated .33 jobs and 11,923.78 + 10,826.13 = 22,749.91?
The Indirect and Induced effects you see are going to be Impacts supported due to the the initial shock (Direct effect). The initial round of spending is entered into IMPLAN as the Direct effect, so the Total effect reported by IMPLAN would be that initial spending (the direct effect) + Indirect effect + Induced effect. For an example you could say: "The $59,972 of Direct Output in Industry ___ supported Indirect and Induced Output of $22,749.91, as well as about .33 total jobs throughout the regional Economy."
