*NOTE* Clicking the check box for Remember this browser means that you will not need to enter a code to login each day. This will allow users to login without requiring a new code for 30 days.

OTP (ONE-TIME PASSWORD) MFA

Follow the steps above to enter your IMPLAN user name and password. You will be presented with the following screen; use your authenticator application to scan the QR code. Do not use your phone to take a picture of the QR code.

Resetting Your MFA

You can reset your MFA from within IMPLAN by navigating to your User Profile. From the IMPLAN dashboard, click on the User Profile icon in the upper right, and select Profile from the drop-down menu. In the bottom lefthand corner there are options to reset both your MFA and your Password.

Error Messages

If you get an error message "credentials expired" at the login screen, this error is likely caused by a difference between the time settings on your computer. This occurs when the time setting on the computer is not synced with the time setting on the NTP server that is a part of your organization's system. To fix this, please reach out to your IT team for assistance.
